A stay filled with warmth
From the moment I arrived, I felt like family. The staff knew my preferences and made every meal memorable with delightful recommendations. The serene spa was a haven of relaxation.
However, the living area in my suite was a bit humid at times, making it uncomfortable despite the luxury around me. It needed better ventilation, especially on warm days.

We had a fantastic time at the resort! The kids enjoyed the Serai pool, and we loved the onsite restaurants, which had a bespoke menu that catered to the little ones. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing with family.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

Got potential, but needs work
Nice place, but had its issues. Check-in felt chaotic, sat for ages without any info. Sira in the restaurant was a gem, though! Good food options for special diets. Had to hunt down pool umbrellas on a hot day, which was annoying. Rooms were comfy but expected more for the price.

missingWrote a review on 16 Jullush gardensspacious roomvaried dininginconsistent service
The tranquil ambiance throughout the hotel, especially in the gardens and around the pools, delivers a pleasant escape from reality. The Serai Sea View Room features generous space, high ceilings, a dual sink setup, and well-stocked complimentary mini-bar items, making it a comfortable retreat.
While the facilities are impressive, some areas felt a bit dated, and the dining experience didn't quite meet expectations due to high prices and average food quality. Despite the multiple dining options, the lack of flexibility around reservations led to missed opportunities, with dress code enforcement seeming inconsistent—a couple of guests were allowed to smoke in a non-smoking area, which was annoying and detracted from the experience.

I absolutely loved the stunning design of the hotel and the incredible menus that had everything from sushi to local delicacies! The pools were so relaxing, and I really enjoyed my time at the spa for a massage and body scrub. Only downside was that the closet space in my room was a bit tight, but overall it was a fab experience! 😊
